Peruvian stand among most visited in Spanish festival

Lima, Nov. 23 (ANDINA). Promperu’s “Peru, Mucho Gusto” stand is one of the most visited ones at the San Sebastian Gastronomika festival, one of Europe´s most important culinary events featuring renowned chefs from over 30 countries around the world. Visitors are able to taste the best of the Peruvian cuisine as well as pisco, the country’s flagship drink. Moreover, the stand provides tourist information of the country. Being the most popular cuisines in Latin America, Peru, Mexico and Brazil have been invited as the guests of honor at the Nov. 20-23 festival in Spain. According to Peru´s export and tourism promotion agency Promperu, Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, Hector Solis, Mitsuharu Tsumura and Gaston Acurio are the four Peruvian chefs representing the country at said event.
