Peru to promote its tourist attractions in Argentina

Lima, Jan. 12.

Peru’s exports and tourism promotion agency Promperu will carry out the event Door To Door Strategic Alliances Argentina 2012 from January 24 to 28 in order to promote Peruvian tourist attractions among Argentine tour operators.

Promperu said that this event aims to attract the main tour operators in Argentina and provide them with specialized and updated information about Peru’s tourist destinations, allowing them to sell the several tourist products and circuits of Peru in an optimal way.

Moreover, the agency stressed the importance of this event as it will allow obtaining information of the Argentine market, the main wholesalers of Peruvian products in Argentina, as well getting closer to the main tour operators as potential strategic partners of Promperu.

For this reason, Promperu published today a resolution which authorizes the trip of one of its representatives to take part in this event.
