Gaston Acurio to launch five new brands in 2012

Renowned chef Gaston Acurio prepares to launch five new brands next year, a project which will involve his largest investment to date in Lima.

The concepts developed for next year are Los Bachiche, Gringacho, Macambo, Super Chicha and La Chingana.

The ´ambassador of Peruvian cuisine´ noted that after a year of growth and expansion, in which sales of holding La Macha increased 45 percent only in Lima, he is ready for a positive 2012.

Acurio announced that between 2012 and 2013 La Macha will open 20 establishments in major commercial centers both in Lima and in provinces. These projects will demand an investment of US$15 million.
